We are inspired by our beautiful surroundings, deep in the Scottish Highlands. Each of our bedrooms showcase panoramic views of the spectacular landscape, while the verdant countryside is home to a wide variety of wildlife, from Golden Eagle and Osprey to Red Deer Stag and Pine Martin, as well as an abundance of wild flowers, plants and trees.
You'll then enjoy a three-course plant-based meal with produce from the kitchen gardens, or indulge in the '25-mile menu' featuring produce sourced within 25 miles of the hotel.
Executive Chef Steven Titman will discuss the seasonality and local provenance of the ingredients, and answer any of your questions.
