Try the “Son of a Gun” buttermilk chicken burger with jalapeños in a brioche bun, or the BBQ pulled jackfruit burger. Our moreish bar snacks showcase 24-karat gold butter Buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce, South African beef biltong, and soft shell crab tempura with avocado and chilli dip.
Behind the bar, our signature cocktails include Jellybean Clover Club with jellybean infused gin, a Mexican Truffle Old Fashioned with truffled honey, and a Madagascan Espresso Martini, as well as mocktails such as Mango Lassi with rose water, and Pan Asia Tiki Lemonade.
