We’re committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our planet, as well as that of our guests. We have a wide range of vegetarian dishes available. We also work almost exclusively with local suppliers to reduce our food miles, and cultivate our own herb garden. Any food waste that cannot be recycled is taken to a bio-digester to be turned into electricity, with the bi-product used as fertiliser by local farmers.
Set in the beautiful Dorset countryside, there are wonderful walking and cycling trails in the vicinity, stretching up to Deer Park and through magical woodlands bursting with wildlife. Our team would be delighted to arrange for you a horse ride or bike hire with our local partners.
