Create your own sustainable menu

The tour of the gardens will focus on the importance of sustainability, highlighting our beehives and their importance in preserving the local bee population. Robin will showcase the kitchen gardens and explain how the produce is used in the restaurant, working alongside Winnow to reduce food waste.

You'll then enjoy a three-course plant-based meal with produce from the kitchen gardens, or indulge in the '25-mile menu' featuring produce sourced within 25 miles of the hotel. A member of our talented kitchen team will then discuss the seasonality and local provenance of the ingredients, and answer any of your questions.
