With this two-night stay, guests will have the chance to savour some of the finest, award-winning cuisine, complete with champagne and a flurry of festive cheer. On the first evening, toast to the day ahead with a Champagne and canapé reception before enjoying a three-course dinner. After dinner, retire to the village bar and absorb the festive merriment of Christmas Eve before attending evening mass at a local church.
On the morn of Christmas Day, enjoy a hearty English breakfast before meandering the stunning grounds of Melbury House and Deer Park. A six-course Christmas Lunch and a relaxed buffet supper later in the evening will restore you from your countryside adventure.
The final day of your stay offers the chance to explore Dorset. Attend Wincanton Races, the Cattistock Hunt meet, or peruse the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. For those preferring something a little more sedate, a trip to the local spa boasts the perfect downtime.
